The Fulton County Democratic Party meeting for June 15 has been cancelled. Next meeting July 20th, location TBA.

Georgia Association of Black Elected Officials

GABEO will hold its Annual Summer Convention from June 23 - 26, 2005 at Savannah State University. The theme of this year's convention will be "Saving the Voting Rights Act!" For more information, including registration forms, please see the GABEO website.

Georgia's WIN List Candidate Training
Begins 06.24.05

EMILY's List has again teamed up with Georgia's WIN List to offer terrific and FREE training for pro-choice Democratic women planning to run for office in Georgia. Training sessions will be held on June 24th and 25th at the Wyndham Peachtree Hotel and Conference Center in Peachtree City, Georgia. This training is open to women interested in running for any office in Georgia -- federal, state, or local--or even those who are only curious about running.
