GA - Cato: Perdue among freshman class governors with “worst records on tax policy”
The Democratic Party of Georgia: "A conservative think tank [the Cato Institute] has given Gov. Sonny Perdue a “D” in its Fiscal Policy Report Card on America’s Governors: 2004."
